My name is Alissa and I am a Parenting mentor, Meditation Teacher, Registered Nurse and most recently – a Joy Sessions™ Facilitator.

As an RN with 4 beautiful children, (aged 4 -18) I have had the opportunity to learn how to manage life stressors so I can show up as the best version of me for myself and my kids. I can’t wait to teach you what I’ve learned and continue to practice.
