How To Create (And Stick To!) Healthier Habits In Your Life

sober life the practice of joy

When will you be ready to do something different? When you decide that you’re done suffering and feeling shitty, stuck and stagnant.

Whether you’re feeling off due to tiredness, lack of motivation, dependence on alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, sugar, shopping, food, scrolling, stagnancy, or suffering... you are not alone. You’re not meant to be perfect. Suffering is part of the human experience AND you get to decide when enough is enough.

What I know deeply from my sobriety journey is that shame and guilt are good for the one minute they support a shift. Once you make a decision and take full accountability for your Joy in this lifetime it’s time to start.

As Mel Robbins says, once you’ve had enough you will take action.

All you need to do is START!

Last summer I had enough of feeling tired. I was done with perimenopausal belly weight, tiredness, body aches, and depletion. I committed to moving my body and getting strong. I’m not perfect at it. And to be honest, most days I hate it! But when I take inspired action, I feel better. And, when I commit to it, the results are amazing.

There will be plenty of reasons not to do the things that are good for you. It’s important to identify how you want to feel and why you want to feel it. Then start taking action!

My reason? I want to feel Vibrant AF. I am here to inspire awareness, action, and alignment. As a leader of Joy in the world it’s important for me to walk my talk.

You don’t need to be perfect, but when you decide enough is enough and just start I guarantee you will feel better. Your day one could be today…

Find your reason and JUST START!

Put intentional energy into yourself and create sturdiness so that no matter what is happening around you, you can wake up to a life you love.
